概述：
民企总部中心是融合了现代高端服务业，民企的经济活动和资本，政府提供的服务和政策支持的新型城市综合体。本项目位于丹阳经开区核心区，功能布局上依靠两条轴线来组织——商务轴线和服务轴线。两条轴线交汇处设置中央广场和民企中心。场地东侧建设停车楼，结合绿化设计，在场地上形成独特的绿坡景观，并且可以将东侧主要干道的干扰隔绝在场地之外，从而保证了场地内部宜人的工作生活环境。
建筑单体设计上强调对两条轴线的呼应，民企中心为地标建筑，成为整个项目的标识，同时在高层及超高层建筑的底层通过设计手法的变化，形成富有特色、层次丰富且符合人体尺度的小空间，力求为人的活动提供舒适的环境。

DESCRIPTION: Private Enterprise Headquarter is mixed-use of property. It is based on modern high end service, economy activities and capitals of private enterprise, service and policy support offered by government.
Located in the core area of development district of Danyang, and next to the local city hall. Two axes are set to organize all programs together: business axis and service axis. At join point of two axes, there is a central plaza and private enterprise center. A parking building is built along the east edge of the site, and creates a unique slope landscape. The building also helps to separate noise from primary road which is east to the site to offer a comfortable environment to all users.
Design of single buildings are object to two axes, private enterprise center is an icon of the whole property. At feet of high rise buildings, unique, comfortable scale spaces are created to cheer users.
